Liberty Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle Cerner Millennium/Soarian Revenue Cycle Business Office Analyst to support a health system's business office operations. This resource will serve as a subject matter expert in Millennium-based revenue cycle functions, helping manage a high-volume ticket queue and supporting day-to-day financial and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain work lists and revenue cycle rules within Oracle Cerner Millennium
  • Perform GL mapping and support financial reporting functions including outbound feeds, 835s, and 270s
  • Work with non-Oracle vendors such as SSI for bill scrubber and claims file management
  • Support claims processing, statement workflows, and business office operations
  • Assist in managing an active ticket queue alongside existing part-time resources

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cerner Millennium revenue cycle and business office functions - 6+ years
  • Experience with GL mapping, claims, work listing, and financial reporting within a Millennium environment
  • Familiarity with third-party revenue cycle vendors and integration touchpoints (e.g., bill scrubbers, clearinghouses)
  • Pure analyst profile - this is not a coding or engineering role
  • Extensive experience with Revelate or Soarian Financials required
  • Background supporting high-volume business office ticket queues

Liberty Solutions has a client who is seeking a highly skilled CRDT Rules Architect with deep expertise in Oracle/Soarian Financials to support a health system's revenue cycle operations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a preference for direct placement after an initial temp term. The ideal candidate can write CRDT rules from scratch - not simply edit existing ones - and brings broad Soarian Financials knowledge across work listing, coding, and financial operations. This will be a 3-6 month contract and then convert to a FTE position.

Key Responsibilities

Write and develop CRDT rules from scratch within Oracle Cerner and Soarian

FinancialsManage and maintain work lists and financial rule sets within the Soarian environment

Oracle Cerner Project Manager - Lab, Radiology & Pharmacy

Liberty Solutions has a client who is seeking a Cerner Application Project Manager with deep expertise in ancillary application domains to support a health system's migration to Cerner. This resource will own project management across three critical application tracks - PathNet (Laboratory), RadNet (Radiology), and PharmNet (Pharmacy) - and will be the primary point of accountability for keeping those workstreams on schedule and aligned with the broader migration program. This will be through end of 2026 with probable extension and is primarily remote, but will require travel during key events.

Key Responsibilities

Lead PM oversight for PathNet, RadNet, and PharmNet application tracks within a Cerner EHR migration

Coordinate with lab, radiology, and pharmacy department leadership to manage workflow design, build validation, and go-live readiness

Drive cross-functional alignment between application teams, IT infrastructure, and clinical operations

Identify and manage risks and dependencies across all three application domains

Support interface planning, testing coordination, and cutover preparation for each track

Provide regular status updates to program leadership and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications

8–10+ years of project management experience specifically within Cerner implementations, with direct and sustained PM ownership across Lab/PathNet, Radiology/RadNet, and Pharmacy/PharmNet environments

Must have prior experience project managing legacy EHR to Cerner migration initiatives — experience navigating the complexity of a full system replacement is required

Strong understanding of ancillary department workflows and the unique challenges each presents during an EHR migration

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent application workstreams within a large-scale program

Experience managing ancillary go-lives in a migration or replacement context (not just new builds)PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Epic Credentialed Trainer (PAS / Front-End Rev Cycle)

Liberty Solutions is is need of a Local Epic Credentialed trainer to help support training and onboarding for their PAS (Patient Administration System) front end users. This requires someone who has deep PAS knowledge, with at least 5+ years of conducting both classroom trainings and ATE one on one dedicated support. A strong understanding of front end/ PAS workflows in registration, scheduling and insurance verification. A background in high-volume onboarding experience in patient access / revenue cycle operations in a healthcare setting is required. This will be 3-6 months to start and would require weekly travel onsite.

Training structure:

  • Part-time ~30 hours a week (3 days of classroom training at 8 hours a day, plus any ATE supplemental 1-on-1 training) 4 hours for each class a day.
  • Classroom size is typically 10-15 people per class, each onboarding wave is just these 3 days.
  • Client prefers to use their own training materials
  • ATE supplemental training will be truly ad hoc

Oracle Cerner Learning Manager

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of an Oracle Cerner Learning Manager. The Learning Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (Cerner Millennium) training program that ensures users across the organization gain the proficiency needed to work effectively in the system. This role will develop the full training plan and also oversees a team of trainers as they are brought onto the project as well as instructional designers, and content developers, ensuring the training program is aligned with organizational goals, real-world workflows, and vendor standards.

This position will be 12-18 months, with consistent travel and the resource must be able to conduct presentations with the client and their executive team to ensure alignment on project scope and outline specifics of what will be occurring in the training plan.

Objectives

•Ensure the training plan aligns with the scope of work that the client has agreed upon.

•Lead a high-performing training team in designing and delivering an integrated EHR learning program that includes instructor-led sessions, online modules, simulations, and hands-on practice. Hands-on components and blended learning are core industry best practices.

•Ensure training content is aligned with user-specific workflows and validated by clinical and operational experts, reflecting proven approaches such as workflow-specific and expert-reviewed training models.

•Oversee the creation of high-quality, role-based training materials tailored to the diverse needs of clinicians, nurses, and administrative staff, consistent with personalized training approaches highlighted in the literature.•Implement a blended learning strategy that incorporates e-learning, simulations, and peer coaching, mirroring trends identified in current EHR education research (per the client contract.)

•Develop clear evaluation metrics to measure training effectiveness, informed by recognized models referenced across education outcomes.

•Foster a culture of continuous learning by ensuring ongoing education, refresher modules, and access to updated materials as system features evolve, reflecting best practices for continuous updates and post-go-live training.

•Establish systems to analyze, track, and report on program effectiveness, leveraging data to drive improvements.
