Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a dedicated, Senior-level Oracle Cerner-focused Project Manager to help lead a new implementation/rollout specially within integrations, clinical device work, ambulatory rollouts, and system upgrades. This will be a 6-month contract initially with a chance to be extended and primarily remote, with travel only required for key events.

Role-Specific Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and leading Oracle Cerner integration, clinical device, ambulatory, and system upgrade projects
• 8+ years of PM experience leading Oracle Cerner implementations
• Extensive Cerner integrations experience (interfaces, third-party systems)
• Clinical device integration experience
• Ambulatory implementation experience across a range of practice types
• System upgrade experience within the Cerner / Oracle Health ecosystem
• Comfort being deployed across varied project types as the PMO calls up bench resources
• Experience managing 2+ Cerner implementations in the past

Universal PM Requirements

• 8–10+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven track record driving implementations (not oversight-only or director-level roles where projects were delegated)
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to present to senior IT leadership and business stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment with shifting priorities
• Ability and willingness to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Available for potential travel during key milestones and go-lives

This resource is needed for an Orders to Scheduling implementation expanding across multiple departments and locations and will own day-to-day execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across all in-scope sites. The initial contract length is 6 months and the role is primarily remote. The client may require some travel for key events.

• 8+ years of PM experience managing Oracle Cerner specific implementations
• Extensive experience managing and leading Cerner Orders to Scheduling implementation projects
• Demonstrated experience with Orders to Scheduling
• Working knowledge of revenue cycle operations and how scheduling intersects with downstream billing
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-department clinical rollouts
• Ability to coordinate across clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders simultaneously

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a Senior MagView Implementation/Build Analyst. This resource is needed to serve as the primary MagView resource with system build, configuration and workflow design experience for the breast imaging service line for a big-bang go-live date of September 2026. The initial contract length is 5 months with the possibility for extension and the role is fully remote. The client may request travel for the live event.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on MagView experience, including build, configuration, and full lifecycle implementation
• Multiple MagView implementations at different health systems
• Deep expertise in breast imaging workflows, including regulatory patient letter processing and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of radiology information systems (RIS) and radiology order flow
• Proven experience supporting big bang go-live events
• Ability to function as the sole MagView expert in a client environment with no internal MagView knowledge base
• GE RIS or RadNet familiarity is a big plus
• Professional references will be required for this job

This resource will work within a complex charge environment and must bring deep knowledge of tiering logic, charge transformation rules, and the intersection of Millennium and Soarian charge workflows. This

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain charge work lists within Oracle Cerner/Soarian on a daily basis
• Support charge transformation rules and charge master maintenance within Oracle Cerner
• Apply and manage complex tiering logic across the charge environment
• Ensure accurate charge capture and integrity across Millennium and Soarian platforms
• Collaborate with revenue cycle and clinical teams to resolve charge-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Deep, Hands-on expertise in Oracle Cerner Millennium/Soarian Financials charge master and charge transformation functions - 8+ years
