The ideal candidate will have strong Willow build expertise and hands-on experience across these domains, with particular emphasis on Willow Ambulatory and Home Infusion workflows. This resource will provide build, optimization and support for Epic Willow and Home Infusion modules. The initial contract length is 6 months and the role is primarily remote. The client may require minimal travel from time to time based on project needs.

The role will focus on optimizing and rationalizing DA2 usage within an environment that primarily leverages PowerInsight and CCL. This will be a 3-month contract to start and fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze DA2 report usage over several months to identify actively used content.
• Decommission hundreds of outdated and unused DA2 reports.
• Migrate from manual security groups to a position-based security model.
• Streamline and consolidate the DA2 folder structure (ontology) to improve organization and usability.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cerner DA2
• Extensive experience analyzing report usage and rationalizing legacy reporting content.
• Proven track record decommissioning large volumes of outdated or unused DA2 reports.
• Strong experience designing and implementing position-based security models within DA2.

• Multiple years of experience with DSS / Healthcare Intelligence and OHPAC (RevElate/SF) reporting
• Experience creating inbound and outbound data extracts and reporting
• Knowledge and expertise in utilizing healthcare data in a variety of analytics, integration, and operational use cases

This role will complement internal clinical and pharmacy teams by providing part-time implementation support leading up to and through go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of Epic Home Infusion with emphasis on nursing workflows
• Collaborate with internal clinical, pharmacy (Willow), and IT teams
• Assist with workflow design, build, build validation, testing, and training readiness
• Provide go-live support, with an increase in hours during go-live period

Engagement Details:

• 20–30 hours per week (part-time), will be 40+ during live support
• Target implementation start: 1/2Q-2026
• Remote work acceptable; possible on-site support during go-live

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a Senior Enterprise Imaging/PACS consultant to support and stabilize a high-volume radiology environment. This resource is needed to step into a lead-level technical role, providing advanced support, project leadership, and mentorship. The initial contract length is 3 months and then the client is looking to convert this resource to a permanent FTE position. This is a hybrid role which will require 3 days on site per week and 2 days remote.

• 8+ years in Healthcare IT, with significant focus on Enterprise Imaging and Radiology PACS
• -Demonstrated experience leading or owning complex imaging initiatives (PACS, VNA, imaging workflows)
• SIM Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) certification required
• Experience working in an Epic EHR environments is required
• Exposure to Radiant is required, Radiant certification is strongly preferred
• Experience with other clinical app experience is strongly preferred
• Visage PACS experience strongly preferred
• Experience performing root cause analysis on high-impact, enterprise-level issues
• Proven ability to function as a technical lead and mentor for junior analysts
