Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration, build, and optimization of Infor FSM and the GL

This resource will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Infor platform while also supporting organizational change management efforts. Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a UKG Deployment Project Manager. This resource is needed to lead a large-scale, multi-market UKG deployment. This individual will serve as the primary liaison to 48 hospitals, 500+ clinics, and corporate departments throughout the deployment lifecycle, ensuring that proven UKG deployment best practices are applied across all waves. The initial contract length is through June of 2026 and some minimal travel will be required.

• Extensive UKG deployment leadership experience, with large, complex, multi-regional deployments and concurrent waves
• Proven ability to manage command centers, logistics, and go-live support at scale
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to partner across client leadership and multi-vendor teams
• Deep expertise in the end-user deployment phase of UKG projects
• Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable, though not required
• A seasoned, deployment-focused leader who thrives in high-complexity environments and has successfully delivered UKG deployments at scale. This individual must be comfortable managing large program logistics and serving as the face of deployment to clinical, hospital, and corporate stakeholders
