Liberty Solutions has a client who is in need of a senior-level UKG Testing Coordinator/PM. This resource will serve as a Testing Coordinator and help drive projects within the client's UKG initiatives internally. Candidates must have strong, hands-on UKG experience. The Testing Coordinator should be fully versed in UKG testing challenges, able to coordinate user acceptance and end-to-end testing, escalate issues, and work closely with technical teams and vendors on staging and integration requirements.

The ideal candidate would be a hybrid Project Manager/Testing Coordinator who can actively oversee and support the testing phase, particularly during end-to-end (E2E) testing. This person should:

• Monitor E2E testing progress, raise issues proactively, and flag risks that could impact timelines or deliverables.
• Help coordinate across teams, including technical teams and vendors, especially for staging activities (e.g., loading data, running integrations with change files).
• Be hands-on and detail-oriented, ensuring all dependencies and requirements for testing are met.
• Have the ability to facilitate testing sprints and drive execution efficiently.
• Possess a strong personality and expertise, able to manage differing perspectives and maintain alignment.
