They are in need of a seasoned, senior-level Epic Bridges resource that has extensive Data Conversion experience across all Epic Applications. This resource must have extensive infusion device integration and Cloverleaf experience. This position will be fully remote and 3-6 months to start.

This resource must be Certified in Epic HB, have extensive HB build experience, including CDM Consolidation, Charging, Cost Center, and GL experience as well as experience supporting new implementations from the very beginning . The initial contract length is through the end of 2026 and some travel will be required for key events and go-lives.

• 8-10+ Years of Epic HB design, build, support and implementation experience

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a strong, experienced Professional Revenue Cycle Project Manager to lead a critical initiative focused on centralizing registration within the professional side of Revenue Cycle operations. This is a high-visibility project requiring a confident leader who can navigate complex organizational structures and interact effectively with stakeholders across departments. This will be a 3-month contract initially, with the potential to convert to a permanent position. This role will require the candidate to primarily be onsite weekly.

• 8+ years of Professional Revenue Cycle PM experience
• Extensive experience driving and managing health system/hospital efforts to centralize Registration on the Professional side of Revenue Cycle
• Ability to travel
• Ability to deal with complex personalities
• Cerner experience a big plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of a centralized registration initiative for professional services.
• Drive project planning, stakeholder engagement, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key Revenue Cycle leaders, registration teams, IT, and clinical stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Navigate and influence a variety of personalities, particularly on the professional side of Rev Cycle, maintaining momentum and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Serve as a change agent, promoting standardization and operational efficiency across registration processes.
