Liberty Solutions has a client that is seeking a Nurse Informaticist who blends clinical experience with hands-on analytics ability to support work in the behavioral health space. This is not a purely clinical informatics role and not a pure data scientist role. The ideal resource straddles both: a nurse by background who can also take a dataset and produce meaningful analysis. Initial engagement would be as a consultant, part-time, up to 20 hours per week, with potential to transition into or support the onboarding of a future full-time hire. This will be a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply clinical knowledge to data analysis, identifying patterns and recommending relevant patient sub cohorts (for example, flagging a diabetes sub cohort within a schizophrenia population due to common medication side effects)
• Build and maintain reporting using Excel and Power BI, including pivot tables, charts, and basic regression
• Provide clinical context and interpretation on patient cohort data to inform care and program decisions
• Support behavioral health analytics initiatives as the client expands services
• Conduct knowledge transfer and provide handholding to a future FTE once onboarded
• Serve as a familiar, low-turnover resource with site access for ongoing as-needed work

Required Qualifications

• RN or equivalent clinical nursing background
• Extensive experience and Hands-on analytics ability, not just clinical interest in data
• 6+ years of experience with Excel and Power BI
• Ability to independently run pivot tables, build charts, and perform basic regression
• Ability to translate clinical insight into actionable data analysis
• Knowledge transfer and training experience to support a new FTE onboard

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health
• Prior nurse informaticist experience straddling clinical and analytical work

The organization currently has a 50% vacancy rate within the Pharmacy Informatics team and requires an experienced resource to help maintain operational stability, support existing staff, and facilitate knowledge transfer while recruitment efforts continue. This resource must be a licensed pharmacist. This is a 100% remote opportunity with an hour expectation of ~20 hours a week.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• PharmD or licensed pharmacist strongly required.

• 7+ years of Pharmacy Informatics experience within an acute care healthcare environment.

• Strong Meditech Expanse Pharmacy experience.

• Experience providing operational support in a live production environment.

• Experience managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complex pharmacy workflow challenges.

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a CDI Educator Analyst. This resource will serve as the dedicated CDI educator on the client's internal team, responsible for developing and delivering documentation integrity education to CDI specialists, coders, and physicians. This role ensures the CDI program maintains current, compliant, and consistent documentation practices that accurately reflect patient severity, risk, and quality of care. The initial contract length is 3-6 months and then will convert to an FTE role with the client. This position is 100% remote and resources cannot live in California, New York, Colorado, or Washington.

• 5+ years of experience serving as a CDI educator
• Must hold the active credentials from AHIMA or AAPC; multiple certifications are strongly preferred (CCS, CCDS, CDIP)
• Prior hands-on CDI coding experience required (must have functioned as a CDI coder before moving into education)
• Strong knowledge of DRG payor methodologies, including MS-DRG and APR-DRG
• Proficiency with ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines and conventions
• Working knowledge of PSIs, HACs, HCCs, and Medicare IPPS
• Demonstrated experience writing and teaching compliant coding queries
• Experience bridging CDI and coding functions, including DRG reconciliation, with the ability to teach these concepts to mixed audiences
• Proven track record building and delivering training programs to clinical and non-clinical staff
• Prior experience working with Cerner clients required
• Clinical background preferred (RN, LPN, or other clinical licensure)
