Referral Program

1. Refer a Consultant: If you know a consultant with the right skills, refer them to us by submitting their contact details and qualifications.
2. Consultant Gets Hired: If the consultant is hired and begins billing hours for us, you will be eligible for a referral bonus.
3. Earn $1,500: Once the referred consultant completes the required number of billable hours, you’ll receive a $1,500 referral bonus.

For Consultant Referrals, the referred consultant must be hired as a full-time or contract employee and bill a minimum number of hours (e.g., 100 hours or more) for the bonus to be awarded.

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral process to ensure accurate tracking and eligibility.
• There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make, so you can earn multiple bonuses!

1. Refer a Job: If you know of a job opportunity (whether through your network or otherwise) that might be a good fit for our services, simply refer it to us.
2. Successful Hire: If we are able to secure a candidate for that job and they are successfully hired and start billing hours, you’ll earn a reward.
3. Earn $1,500: When the referred job results in a hire that begins billing hours, you will receive a $1,500 referral bonus.

For Job Referrals, the job opportunity must result in a hire who then starts billing hours within a reasonable timeframe (as defined by the program’s criteria).
