Liberty Solutions has a client in the midst of transitioning from Oracle Cerner to Epic over the next 14 months. They are in need of senior-level, Certified Epic resources that have worked 3+ Full cycle Epic implementations in the past and at least 2 from Cerner to Epic. This role is for a Senior-level, Certified Epic Bridges Analyst that has extensive Epic Bridges interface build, design, support and implementation experience. This resource must have extensive, senior-level experience with Interface build and conversion work extracting from Cerner and other 3rd party systems into Epic. In addition, the ideal candidate will have direct IRIS/Ensemble experience. This role is primarily remote with travel required during key events and Go-Lives.

• 8-10+ Years of Epic Bridges build, design, support and implementation experience
• Extensive, senior level experience with Interface build and conversion work extracting from Cerner and other 3rd party systems into Epic
• Epic Bridges Certification required
• Other Epic Certifications preferred and a big PLUS

Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a Senior Enterprise Imaging/PACS consultant to support and stabilize a high-volume radiology environment. This resource is needed to step into a lead-level technical role, providing advanced support, project leadership, and mentorship. The initial contract length is 3 months and then the client is looking to convert this resource to a permanent FTE position. This is a hybrid role which will require 3 days on site per week and 2 days remote.

• 8+ years in Healthcare IT, with significant focus on Enterprise Imaging and Radiology PACS
• -Demonstrated experience leading or owning complex imaging initiatives (PACS, VNA, imaging workflows)
• SIM Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) certification required
• Experience working in an Epic EHR environments is required
• Exposure to Radiant is required, Radiant certification is strongly preferred

This resource must have knowledge of DRG payor methodologies: MS-DRG, APR-DRGs, ICD-10-CM & PCS coding guidelines and conventions, PSIs, HACs, and HCCs, and Medicare IPPS. In addition, the client would like candidates to have at least 3 years of straight IP coding (no Outpatient, Claims Examiner, Biller, Claims review etc…) with a CCS, CIC, RHIT or RHIA. They also would like someone who has coded for a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma facility. The initial contract length is 3-6 months to start, with a chance to convert to a permanent role. This role is 100% remote.

Liberty Solutions has a client who is client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Inpatient Auditing Analyst to support their recent implementation of Streamline Health's eValuator application. This role is essential to ensuring coding accuracy and compliance before claims are submitted. This will be 3 months to start with a high chance of being extended and fully remote. Key Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing Streamline Health to review and audit inpatient coding and charges prior to claim submission.
• Investigate and resolve issues flagged by the system, including but not limited to:
  • CC additions
  • CPT code verification
  • Modifier applicability and accuracy

This will also focus collaborating with clinical/coding teams to ensure adherence to coding guidelines and improve documentation practices, in addition to conducting audits across all medical specialties, with a focus on:

This resource will support the implementation and training efforts of Epic Home Infusions workflows, with a focus on pharmacy operations and comprehensive care. This role will be 10-20 hours per week for a 9-12 month contract starting in March.
